  I've seen on social media that Dunkin Donuts has not properly trained their employees on how to handle On-the-go ordering but now I've seen it with my own eyes. For one, the app itself is cluttered and not clear. Because of this, we accidentally ordered 2 drinks and 6 donuts instead of 1 drink and 3 donuts. That's was fine--the more the merrier and we'd finish all the food we had paid for... but we never got 90% of the order. 2 drinks and 6 donuts and we ended up with 1 drink and 1 donut, that they charged us twice for. Beware and probably take your money somewhere else.

  Employee was friendly, store clean. My coffee was hot and tasted fresh. Parking lot here is cramped. Difficult to exit parking lot.
